Electric Foods: The Key to a Living, Thriving Body

Electric Foods: The Key to a Living, Thriving Body

The body, being alive, requires live, electric foods to sustain its vitality. But is protein truly alive? Protein is simply a term that has been assigned to confuse us. Plants don’t contain protein—they provide minerals, specifically the 102 essential minerals that the body needs. Unlike minerals, concepts like protein, vitamins, and enzymes are artificial constructs with little substance behind them. In the natural forests of Africa, there were no proteins, chickens, cows, or hogs—these were all imported and never native to the land. The mineral-rich diets of our ancestors provided iron and other nutrients that kept them healthy and free from anemia. Everything our body needs comes directly from the earth—clouds, rivers, soil, plants, and even our own bodies are united by the same 102 minerals. So how did our ancestors thrive in the jungle? They consumed electric foods that matched their electric bodies. Life cannot be sustained by dead food, yet most people indulge in lifeless starches that harm the body. Starch, often found in foods like potatoes, rice, beans, yams, and cassava, contains cyanide and has no place in the natural diet of our people. Our ancestors avoided these substances, and it is time we reconnect with the live, mineral-rich foods that were always meant to sustain us.
